We've been based out of Gouthamnagar in Secunderabad for some time now. Specifically, you can find us at house number 7-7-68 in Ferozguda. It's a busy enough area and we've got our office set up here to handle the construction work and estate side of things. Mostly, we just deal with local projects that come our way. People in the neighborhood usually know where we are if they need to drop off papers or just ask a question about a plot or a building job. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet with contractors. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook, other times it’s pretty quiet and we’re just catching up on paperwork. The weather around here gets hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we figure out the day's schedule. We try to keep things simple. Construction can be a bit of a headache with all the moving parts, but we've managed to stay busy. If you’re driving through Ferozguda, you might have passed our place without noticing it much, as it looks like most of the other houses on the street. We’ve been at this address long enough that the local tea stall knows our order by heart. There isn't much more to say really, we just show up every morning and get through the list of tasks for the construction sites. It's practical work and we like it that way.
