We are right in the Rangareddi district, 500032. Kondapur has become such a hub for tech and new buildings, so we decided to set up shop right here. We act as advisors for real estate stuff. It’s not about being fancy or using corporate jargon. We just sit down with people and talk about their property goals or whatever issues they are facing. The techpark is a nice enough place to work, though the elevators can be slow sometimes. We are a small team, just a few advisors who know the local area well. We don't really do big advertising. Most of our work comes from people who just know us or have heard about us through friends. We spend a lot of time looking at data and walking through different sites in the neighborhood. It’s practical, everyday work. We try to keep our advice simple and easy to understand. There’s no big mission statement here, just a group of people trying to help other people navigate the property market in Hyderabad. We’ve been here for a bit and we plan to stay. It’s a busy life but it’s interesting work and we like it.
