Isanis Agri Exim Llp is located at 5-7-337 in Agapura, which is part of the Nampally area in Hyderabad. Nampally is one of the older parts of the city and it’s always crowded because the railway station is right there. There is a lot of history in these streets, but it also means the roads are narrow and it can be hard to get around. We deal with agricultural products, so we are often talking to farmers and small-time traders. Our office isn't anything special; it’s just a simple room with fans and some old wooden furniture. We don't have air conditioning or glass partitions. The air in Agapura usually smells like street food and dust, which is just part of being in Nampally. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of crops and bargaining over prices. It’s a lot of face-to-face talk and phone calls rather than using fancy apps. We keep our records in simple books most of the time because it’s easier for us to track. We like being in the heart of the city because it’s where all the trade happens. We’ve known many of the people we work with for a long time, so it’s all based on trust. It’s a lot of work and the environment is quite noisy, but we are used to the chaos. We just show up and do our bit.
