Our place is located in Vivekanandapuram, which is part of the Sainikapuri area in Hyderabad. We have been at Plot No 45-47 for some time. The name of the business is Intercontinental Wellness & Exims Private Limited. We mostly look at wellness products and how to get them to different markets. Being in Sainikapuri is nice because it is a bit quieter than the middle of the city. We have sy no 215 as part of our land record here. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking quality on different items we export. The days are usually full of checking boxes and talking to suppliers. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to keep our customers happy with what we send out. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and we spend all morning on the phone trying to fix it. It is just part of the trade life. The office is a simple setup. We don't have fancy furniture or anything. Just desks, computers, and files everywhere. People in the neighborhood know us as the folks who deal with the wellness exports. It’s a practical business. We drink a lot of tea while we work and try to stay organized. That’s really all there is to it. We just do our work and go home to our families in the evening. There is no magic to it, just keeping the records straight and shipping things.
