Out here on Street Number 18 in Tarnaka, our place is at 12-13-382. We do a lot of work with geological instruments, so there are always tripods and heavy cases sitting near the entrance. It’s a bit of a specialized field, but for us, it’s just what we do every day. The office is often a bit dusty because of the equipment coming back from field sites. We spend a lot of time cleaning lenses and checking calibrations on the various tools we use for mapping and surveying. It’s a practical space with large tables for laying out maps and technical drawings. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we mostly just go about our business and handle the requests as they come in. Being in Tarnaka means we are around a lot of other technical businesses, which feels right for us. The street itself is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a challenge if we have multiple vehicles back at once. Inside, the walls are mostly bare, except for some old charts and a calendar that we use to keep track of projects. We don't have a dedicated sales team or anyone in suits; it’s just the people who know how the instruments work. We usually start early in the morning before the heat gets too bad, getting everything loaded up or finishing off the data entry from the day before. It’s consistent work that keeps us busy throughout the entire year.
