Institute Of Building Services Engineering

The Institute Of Building Services Engineering is our training center in the Hyderguda-Basheer Bagh area. We are located on the 1st Floor of L Plaza. If you are coming from the main road, we are very near the Bahar Hotel, which is a famous spot for food around here. Our place is really about teaching and learning the technical side of how buildings work. We have classrooms and some equipment where people can get hands-on experience. It isn't a flashy university campus; it is more of a practical setup in a commercial building. The halls can be a bit noisy because Hyderguda is such a busy part of Hyderabad, but once you are inside the classroom, it is fine. We spend our days coordinating with instructors and making sure the students have what they need for their lessons. We don't really do the whole 'corporate education' thing with big slogans. We just focus on the engineering and building services that people need to know for their jobs. Most of our students come to us because they want to learn real skills they can use at work. We keep things down-to-earth and try to explain things in a way that makes sense. It’s a lot of work keeping everything running, but we have been doing it at L Plaza for a while now. We just open up every morning and wait for the students to arrive for their classes.
