Insta Exhibitions Pvt Limited is located at Flat No 304 in Navkar Prathul Residency. This is in Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, right here in 500011. Since we’re in an apartment building, it’s a bit of a tight squeeze with all the exhibition materials we have. We deal with booths and displays for shows, so there’s often a lot of hardware and fabric samples lying around. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see. We spend our time planning how to set things up for different events. It’s a lot of logistics, making sure everything gets to the venue in one piece. Sometimes we’re working late into the night because an exhibition starts early the next morning. We aren't a huge corporation; we’re a small group that knows how to put a booth together. The residency is a decent place to work from, though parking can be a nightmare for our delivery trucks. We don't have a polished showroom. We just show people pictures of what we’ve done before. It’s a very hands-on type of business. We’re often out of the office at actual exhibition halls anyway. When we are here, we’re mostly on the phone or sketching out designs. It’s hard work, and it can be stressful when parts don't fit, but we manage. We’ve been doing this for a bit and know the ropes. It keeps us out of trouble and the days go by quickly.
