Insecticides (India) Ltd. is the name on our door and what most people call us around here. We don't really use a long, drawn-out address in our day-to-day talk, so the name usually just covers it for anyone looking. We are a real place with real people working inside, even if the paperwork looks a bit repetitive. We aren't some massive conglomerate filled with people in expensive suits. Most of us are just regular folks who know the ropes of what we do. We spend a lot of time talking to each other and figuring out the way we handle the tasks for the day. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered by Friday afternoon. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or a big shiny logo in some lobby. We just have our desks, our chairs, and the equipment we use. We try to keep things simple because that is what works best for us. If you walked into our workspace, you would see stacks of paper and people sitting around drinking tea. It’s a very human kind of environment. We make mistakes sometimes, we fix them, and we just keep moving forward. There is no need for big words or marketing talk here. We just use our name and let the daily work happen. It’s a steady life, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
