We are located out in Ghatkesar Mandal, in the R.R. District of Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, so the surroundings are a little quieter than the usual Hyderabad rush. This office for Inorbit Malls India Pvt. Ltd is where we take care of the administrative side of things. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to sit and get through our lists. In Andhra Pradesh, the weather can be a bit much, so we’re glad for the shade here. We have a lot of files about land and mall operations tucked away in metal cabinets. Most days are filled with checking emails and making sure the contractors are doing what they’re supposed to do. We don't have a lot of visitors out here, so it’s usually just the regular staff. We carry our own lunch boxes and sit around talking during the break. It’s a very practical way to work. The commute can be long for some of us, but you get used to the road. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in managing a mall, even when you’re not physically standing in it. We just keep our heads down and work through the stack of papers on our desks. It’s a steady job in a growing part of the district, and we just handle what comes our way each morning without making a big deal out of it.
