Our place is located in Bhaskar Rao Nagar, specifically in Phase 3 of the Sainikpuri area in Secunderabad. The address is 1-4-190-14/4, and it’s a fairly quiet spot compared to the louder parts of Hyderabad. We handle infrastructure services from here, which means a lot of different tasks every day. It could be anything from checking on service reports to coordinating with teams out in the field. We aren’t a massive firm with a skyscraper office. Instead, we work out of this residential-style area which makes the whole vibe a bit more relaxed. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Most of our work is about making sure the basic services that keep things running are actually working. It’s not flashy work, but it’s necessary. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure we haven't missed anything important. The neighborhood is nice, and we’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know who we are. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. If someone needs to talk to us, they just call or stop by the office. We try to be clear and honest about what we can handle. It’s just a regular business day for us, starting with tea and ending with a stack of completed files. We just keep plugging away at the service side of things.
