Industrial Commerce & Trade House

Our place is on Plot No. 34 in the E.C. Extension of Ida Kushaiguda. It’s an industrial area, so there are always warehouses and workshops around us. We’ve been here for quite a while, acting as a trade house for industrial goods. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more heavy lifting. We deal with various items that factories and smaller shops need to keep running. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with high ceilings for storage. We don't have a marketing department. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone and another person checking the stock. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the Kushaiguda area grow quite a bit over the years. When we first started, there were fewer buildings around. Now, it’s quite packed. We keep a simple routine. We open up early, check what needs to be shipped, and handle whatever walk-ins we get. It’s not a fast-paced corporate life, and we prefer it that way. We know our customers by name, and they know us. If a shipment is late, we tell them honestly why. There’s no point in making up stories. We just try to be a reliable link in the supply chain. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the trucks, but that's life in a trade house. We like what we do, and we like being part of this industrial community. It might not be the most exciting place in the world, but it’s where we do our thing every single day.
