Indu Projects Ltd

Our office for Indu Projects Ltd is tucked away in Flat 303 of Vanikuteer, right on Street 9 in Swatantra Colony. It’s part of the Balaram Compound area in Padmaraonagar. If you know Secunderabad, you know this part of town has its own rhythm. The building is an older apartment style, so you have to head up to the third floor to find us. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for the computers and the stacks of drawings we use for our work. The street outside can get a bit narrow when people park their bikes, but it stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. We have a few windows that look out over the other rooftops. In the mornings, the air is usually a bit cooler and that is when we get most of our planning done. We don't really do the corporate thing with fancy lobbies or receptionists. Usually, someone is just sitting at their desk and will look up when you knock. The kitchen area is mostly just for making coffee or keeping our lunch boxes in the fridge. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit moody, so we just take the stairs. It is just a regular place where a few of us come every day to handle the projects on our list and make sure everything is moving along correctly.
