Indian Platter

Indian Platter is located at Plot 102 in Kavuri Hills, which is part of the Maadhapur area. It’s a spot that has grown a lot in the last few years. It used to be much quieter, but now there are buildings going up everywhere you look. Our place is a bit of a walk from the main road, but that keeps it a little less frantic. We have a kitchen area and some space where we handle all the daily prep. It smells like spices and cooking most of the time, which isn't a bad thing at all. We have a few delivery guys who are always coming and going on their bikes. The hills make for some nice views if you stand on the roof, though we don't get much time for that. Most of the staff has been with us since we opened up in Maadhapur. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the orders are ready when they need to be. It’s a lot of manual work, chopping and stirring and packing boxes. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to scramble, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We don’t have a big fancy dining hall, it’s more about the work going on in the back. Kavuri Hills is a good place for us and we’ve made ourselves at home here.
