Impressive Event Coordinator

Nampally is where we are based, which is one of the busiest parts of Hyderabad you can find. Being near the station means there is always a crowd and the sound of horns and people talking is constant. Our office is a small room where we try to keep track of everything going on with the events we are coordinating. It is usually a bit of a mess with folders and lists everywhere. We don't really have time to keep things looking perfect because we are always on the move. Most of our work happens out on the streets or at the venues rather than behind a desk. Nampally is a great place for getting supplies, but the congestion makes it hard to get anywhere quickly. We do a lot of walking and a lot of talking to different workers to make sure things are being set up right. It is a tiring job and we are often on our feet for twelve hours straight. We don't use any fancy software or high-end systems to manage things. It is mostly just pen and paper and a lot of phone calls to people. Sometimes things get confusing, but we just push through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city; we are just trying to make sure the events we handle don't fall apart at the last minute. It is just hard work and coordination.
