Our office is at H.No:1-30-141 in Nuthan Nagar. We are right near the Paddammavari Temple in the New Bowenpally area of Secunderabad. D.V. Ramana is the one who handles things here for Il&Fs Property Management & Services Ltd. It’s a very local neighborhood, and being near the temple means there’s always some activity going on outside. The building is a typical house that we’ve set up for our work. It’s not a high-rise or a glass tower. We have our desks in the main rooms and a lot of storage for all the property files we have to keep. The fans are always humming to keep the air moving. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the management work and the local tasks that come our way. Most people find us by looking for the temple nearby as a landmark. It’s a bit crowded in the office because of all the paperwork, but we manage. We take our breaks when we can and usually just chat about the day’s work. It’s a very straightforward way of doing things. No big corporate polish here, just honest work in a regular neighborhood. We’ve been part of this Secunderabad community for a long time and we like the practical feel of our setup in Nuthan Nagar. There is always a lot of coming and going, but we keep everything on track the best we can every day.
