We are located in Block-C of Vishnu Residency, specifically room 302. The address is 1-1-770/A in Gandhinagar, Hyderabad. It’s an apartment-style office for Il&Fs Property Management & Services Ltd. Being on the third floor, we have a bit of a view of the street, which is always busy with traffic and people heading to work. The residency is a standard building, nothing too flashy. We have a few rooms converted into office spaces. There’s a lot of paper moving across the desks every day because property management involves a lot of records. We keep a water dispenser in the corner and a few plastic chairs for when people stop by. The air conditioning is usually running because Hyderabad gets quite hot. We aren't a big corporate outfit with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small team of us. We know each other well and we just get on with the daily chores. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we have to wait a bit, but mostly it’s smooth. We don't have any mission statements on the walls, just a few maps of the local areas we handle. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We’ve been at this Vishnu Residency spot for a while now and it’s a convenient location for us to manage everything from. We just show up, do what needs doing, and handle the calls as they come in throughout the day.
