We are based in Secunderabad and we take care of property management tasks around here. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. We just look at what's broken and see how to get it fixed without spending too much. It’s mostly about the daily routine of keeping things tidy and functional. If you walk by, you might see us on the phones or looking over blueprints. That’s just the way it is here in this part of Andhra Pradesh. We don't have a big marketing department. We just have a small group of people who show up and handle the paperwork. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps the properties running and the bills paid on time. That is enough for us.
