Down in Sanathnagar, Hyderabad-81, is where you’ll find Ijm (India) Infrastructure Limited. This part of the city is pretty industrial and busy, which fits what we do. The office is a bit old, but it works for us. We don't have fancy furniture or any of that. It's mostly just piles of paper, some computers, and a lot of talk about cement and steel. We’ve been here in Sanathnagar for a good while, and we’ve seen the area grow up around us. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic and the local businesses, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our days start pretty early, usually before the sun gets too hot. We have guys coming in to check their assignments and then heading out to the various sites around Hyderabad. The office is really just a hub for all that activity. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to stay organized, even when things get chaotic. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't bother with big presentations. We just look at the maps, check the budgets, and try to make sure everything stays on track. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes every single day without fail. We don't have any big slogans, just work that needs finishing by the end of the day.
