Our place is at 5/5/35/194 in Rajivgandhinagar, right in the industrial estate part of Kukatpally. It’s a bit of a maze back here, and the roads aren't always in the best shape, especially when it rains and things get muddy. We’ve been here long enough that the local delivery guys don’t even have to ask where we are anymore. The unit itself is just a basic shed with enough space for our equipment and a little desk where we keep the paperwork. It’s nothing to look at from the outside, but it works for us. We don't do any big advertising or have a sales team. Most of the people who come to us are just folks from nearby who heard about us through someone else. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the other units around us doing their own thing, but you get used to the background noise after a week or two. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. There is usually a pile of stuff waiting to be processed, and we just chip away at it until the sun goes down. It’s honest work, and we don't feel the need to dress it up with any fancy words. We are just a small industrial unit in a busy part of town trying to do our job right.
