Balaji Alluminium Moulding Works

Our workshop is located at 5/5/35/194A in Rajivgandhinagar, which is part of the Prasanthinagar area. We do aluminium moulding work here, which basically means we spend a lot of our time around heat and molten metal. The shop is filled with various molds, scrap metal, and tools that have been used for many years. It is a noisy place with the sound of hammers hitting metal and the constant roar of the furnaces in the background. We don't have a storefront with big glass windows or anything like that. It’s more of an open industrial space where we can work without getting too cramped or overheated. Most of the day is spent preparing the molds and carefully pouring the molten metal into them. It requires a lot of patience and a very steady hand to get it right. We often have charcoal and soot on our faces and hands by the time we head home for the night. It is a small team here, just a few of us who really know how to handle the materials and the machines. We don't do any big advertising campaigns or have a fancy logo. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby and see us working hard every day. The floor is covered in sand and metal shavings, and it’s definitely not a place for someone who likes to stay clean. It is practical, tough work, and we take pride in getting the shapes right.
