Indus Polymers

If you come down Road No 1 in Ida Nacharam, you will find us at A 31/1. Nacharam is an old industrial area in Hyderabad and it is full of warehouses and small factories. The air always has a bit of an industrial smell to it, but we do not even notice it anymore after working here so long. We work with polymers. Mostly it is about managing raw materials and the processing part of it. The building we are in is very basic. We have a big metal gate and a yard where the trucks come to load and unload the bags. It gets very busy and loud in the mornings. Inside, there is machinery and stacks of plastic materials. It is definitely not a place for wearing fancy clothes. We all wear old stuff that can get dirty or dusty. The heat in Hyderabad can be really tough, especially inside a shed with machines, so we keep the industrial fans running all day long. We have been here for many years now. We know the neighbors and the people who sell tea on the corner. The traffic on Road No 1 gets backed up in the evening when all the factories change shifts. We usually try to get our deliveries out the gate before that mess starts. We do not have a reception area. If someone comes to see us, they just walk into the main space and find one of us.
