Ag Alu Cast

We've been at Plot No 39 on Road 18 for a while now. It's busy here in Ida Nacharam. We do aluminum casting, mostly parts that people need for their machines. It gets hot inside when the furnaces are running, but that is just part of the job. Most days involve checking molds and making sure the metal pours right. We don't have a big office or anything fancy, just the workshop where the work gets done. Sometimes the floor is a bit dusty and there is noise from the blowers, but we keep at it. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us in greasy overalls. We mostly deal with local folks who know what they want. It is not complicated, we just take the orders and get the pieces ready. Sometimes things take a bit longer if a mold breaks or the power goes out, which happens sometimes around here. We just fix it and keep going. Usually, there are stacks of finished items near the door waiting for pickup. The neighborhood is full of small units like ours, all making different things. We know our neighbors and sometimes share tools if someone is stuck. It's a straightforward way to earn a living. We aren’t trying to be the biggest place, just a steady one. If you’re looking for the plot, it's right off the main stretch of Road 18. There is a small tea stall nearby where we usually get our afternoon snacks.
