Rainbow Health Care Products

Rainbow Health Care Products is tucked away in Prashanthi Nagar, specifically in the Ida Kukatpally area. We have been here for a bit, working out of this space at 5/5/35 71. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the products we keep and a small area to sit down. Handling health care items requires some attention to detail, so we spend a lot of time checking labels and expiration dates. The neighborhood is mostly industrial and residential mixed together, so there’s always a lot of traffic on the main road. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few people here making sure everything is in order. Some days are slow and we just tidy up the shelves. Other days, we are rushing to get boxes out the door. We keep it simple. If someone calls looking for something, we check the back and let them know. We don't use much fancy talk. Most of our neighbors are doing similar work, so everyone knows each other. The building is older, but it serves us well. We try to keep the place clean, though with all the boxes coming in, it’s a constant battle. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, we’re usually ready to head home. We just do what we can to keep the shop running every day. It’s mostly about keeping track of what’s on the shelves and making sure the deliveries get sent to the right addresses nearby.
