Sri Annapurna Chemical Industries

Sri Annapurna Chemical Industries is located at Plot No. 104 on Road No. 32 in the I. D. A. Kattedan area. If you know Kattedan, you know it is a heavy industrial zone with a lot of different factories crammed together. Road No. 32 is usually packed with lorries and tempos unloading stuff. We work with chemicals, so the air always has a bit of a sharp smell to it around the plot. It is not a place for fancy clothes; we are usually in our work gear all day. The building is a basic industrial unit with high ceilings and big exhaust fans that try their best to keep the air moving. It is mostly just us handling the mixing and the drums. We have a small cabin for the accounts and a phone that never seems to stop ringing. The power cuts in the I. D. A. can be a real pain, but we have a generator to keep the main processes going. It is a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the gauges. We have been at this plot for a long time now. The street outside is pretty rough and full of potholes, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We just focus on getting the batches done and making sure they are ready for pickup on time. That is our daily routine.
