Suman Polymers

You can find Suman Polymers at Plot No 85, Phase I, Ida Jeedimetla. We’ve been in the polymer business for some time, working out of this same location. The shop floor is usually filled with the smell of plastic and the sound of machines doing their thing. We spend our days looking at molds and pellets, trying to get the right consistency for whatever we're making. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. There’s a lot of trial and error involved in this kind of work, especially when a new batch of material comes in. We try to stay focused on the small details because that’s usually where things go wrong if you’re not careful. The neighborhood is full of other small plants, so there’s always trucks moving around and people heading to lunch at the local stalls. We keep a pretty simple operation here. There’s no big corporate ladder, just us and the machines. Sometimes the power goes out or a part breaks, and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing things instead of running them. That’s just part of the life in an industrial area like Jeedimetla. We’ve learned to be patient and just get on with the work as it comes. It’s a steady rhythm, and we’re happy to be a part of the local scene here. We mostly just drink our tea and keep an eye on the gauges.
