Shiva Gnyana Sai Polymers

Shiva Gnyana Sai Polymers is found at Plot No 1115, Survey No 165 in the Doolapally part of Ida Jeedimetla. We are basically a group of people who know our way around polymer production. The shed we work in is nothing special to look at, just a regular industrial space with big doors and plenty of ventilation. We spend our time monitoring the machines and making sure the output is what it should be. The work can be repetitive, watching the plastic form and then cooling it down, but it’s what keeps us going. We don’t have any polished mission statements or big marketing goals. We just want to have a productive day and make sure the workers go home safe. The area around us is always noisy with other factories, so you get used to the sound of metal hitting metal and engines revving. We have a small spot near the front where we keep the water cooler and a couple of benches for breaks. It’s usually quite dusty because of all the construction nearby, so we are always wiping down the equipment. We keep our records in simple notebooks and try to stay on top of the orders as they come in. It is just a regular, hardworking place where we try to do things right and keep the peace. No big bells or whistles here.
