Pavani Polymers is located at D 118/A in Phase I of the Ida Jeedimetla industrial area. If you come by, you’ll see we share the street with a lot of other manufacturing units, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze for the trucks. We work mostly with plastic materials, and the heat from the extruders makes the whole place feel like a sauna during the summer months. It’s not a glamorous job, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know exactly how the plastic needs to flow. There are bags of raw pellets stacked up almost to the ceiling in the storage corner. We try to keep things organized, but when we are busy, stuff tends to pile up in the aisles. Our team is small, just a handful of guys who know how to run the lines and check the quality by hand. We don’t use any high-tech computers for our day-to-day stuff; we mostly rely on our eyes and the settings we’ve used for years. The coffee guy comes around twice a day, and that’s usually when we take our only real breaks. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just to keep the machines from clogging up. We don't have a fancy reception area or a waiting room, just the workshop floor and a small corner for the paperwork. It’s just how things are in this part of Jeedimetla, and it works fine for us.
