Om Sai Polymers

Over at Plot No 1108, Sy No 165 in Doolapally, you’ll find Om Sai Polymers. We are tucked away in Ida Jeedimetla, which is a busy hub for all sorts of manufacturing. Our unit is mostly focused on polymer processing. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The road leading up to our gate can get pretty muddy when it rains, making it a bit of a challenge for the delivery vans. Inside the workshop, we have our setup of extruders and cooling tanks. There is always a bit of steam in the air and the constant hum of electricity. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR person. If you come by, you’ll likely find the owner on the floor checking the settings on a machine or talking to one of the technicians. We keep a stash of spare parts in the corner because things break down and you have to fix them fast. Our work hours are fairly standard, though sometimes we stay late to finish a big batch. We drink a lot of tea to stay going, usually brought in from the stall across the street. The workspace is organized but definitely looks like a place where real work happens, with tools lying around and crates stacked up high. We just try to keep things steady and keep the machines running. We hope the traffic isn't too bad today.
