Harshitha Plastics

Harshitha Plastics is located in Phase III of Ida Jeedimetla, specifically at Plot No 11/A/A. If you know this area, you know it is crowded and there is always a truck blocking the way somewhere. We work out of a decent-sized unit where we handle plastic manufacturing. Most of the time, the air smells like warm resin because the machines are running all day. We have a crew of guys who have been with us for years. They know the sounds the machines make when something is slightly off. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy reception areas because that's not what we are about. We just want to get the orders finished and out the door on time. The floor is usually covered with scraps that need to be swept up at the end of every shift. Lunch breaks are usually spent sitting outside on the steps or near the small tea stall down the road. It gets quite loud when everything is running at once, so we have to shout a bit to be heard. We deal with suppliers who bring in the raw material in big bags, and we stack those up near the entrance. It’s a practical setup. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep everything moving smoothly without too much fuss. Every day is pretty much the same routine. We don't overthink it, just get the work done.
