Creative Plastics

If you come down to Ida Jeedimetla, you will find us at Plot No 56. We are in Bhagyalaxmi Colony, specifically the Subhash Nagar section. The Sy No 238/2 part is mostly just for the official paperwork. Creative Plastics isn’t a big, flashy company at all. It is just us working in a building that feels a bit like a large shed. The roof is made of corrugated metal. When it rains hard, you cannot hear yourself think because of the drumming noise on the tin. We have a few machines that have seen better days, but they still work fine as long as you know how to handle them. The morning always starts with sweeping the floor because there is always dust in Ida Jeedimetla. We keep a plastic cooler in the corner for cold water. Most of the guys live nearby in Subhash Nagar or Bhagyalaxmi Colony, so they usually walk or ride their bikes to work. Creative Plastics has been in this spot for a good while now. The walls have some scuff marks from moving pallets around. We do not spend money on fancy paint when we can spend it on fixing parts. The desk in the front is covered in old invoices and a couple of half-empty water bottles. It is a simple setup for us. We do not have meetings about goals. We just talk about what needs to be finished by five o’clock. Plot No 56 is where we stay.
