The Aries Micro Nutrients India Pvt. Ltd. unit is located at Plot No F 22/A in Phase I of IDA Jeedimetla. If you know this industrial area, you know it is mostly a lot of metal sheds and big trucks. We have been based here for quite some time, focusing on making micro nutrients for the soil. The air around here always has that heavy industrial smell, and it gets quite hot under the tin roofs when the summer hits. We spend a lot of our time on the production floor, checking the batches and making sure the bags are stacked correctly for shipping. It is hard work and it is often a bit messy. We have a small office area tucked away in the corner where we handle the billing and the phone calls. The furniture there is pretty old and worn out, but it does the job. Jeedimetla is a long way for some of our staff to commute, so we try to start early to avoid the worst of the traffic. We do not have a big marketing team or anything fancy like that. It is mostly just the production guys and a couple of us handling the admin work. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole day fixing a machine, which puts us behind on the schedule. But that is just how factory life goes. We try to keep the place organized, but it is a constant battle with all the supplies.
