We are based at 21 A, Phase Iv, Ida Jeedimetla. Aptar Beauty Home India Pvt. Ltd. is just one of many companies in this industrial development area. Jeedimetla is a busy place with lots of trucks and workers moving around at all hours. Our building is a practical one, designed for work rather than looking good. We spend our time inside handling the beauty and home products side of things. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are where they should be. The roads in Phase Iv can be a bit bumpy, and it gets crowded during the shift changes. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish here. It is a place where people work hard and focus on the tasks at hand. We have our routines and we stick to them. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when shipments are arriving. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just a job in a factory area. We have been in Jeedimetla for quite some time, so we are used to the noise and the pace of the IDA. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. The office is simple, and the warehouse is where most of the action happens. We like the familiarity of the place and the people we see every day around the site.
