If you go to Phase I of Ida Jeedimetla, you’ll find us at Plot No 30. It’s a loud neighborhood because everyone around here is making something. We specialize in fasteners, so there is the constant sound of metal hitting metal and the hum of the machines. It’s hot in the shed, especially during the summer months when the roof soaks up all that sun. We make a lot of different types of screws and bolts. The inventory is huge, and sometimes it’s a struggle to keep everything in the right bin. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India. We just want to make sure the fasteners we send out don’t break when someone is using them. Our workers are mostly locals from the Jeedimetla area. We’ve had the same group of guys for a few years now, and they know the machines better than anyone. There’s a lot of grease and oil around, so we’re always wiping our hands on rags. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. Most of our orders come from the same few factories we’ve been supplying for years. When a new customer shows up, they usually found us just by walking through the industrial estate. We keep the doors open for ventilation, but it doesn't help much. It’s just hard, honest work in a busy industrial park. We do our best to stay on schedule and finish the batches.
