We’ve got ourselves set up at Plot No 1 in Phase 1 of IDA Cherlapally. It’s right at the start of the industrial area, so we see everyone coming in and out of the gate. The building is a bit old, but it holds up well enough for what we need. We do a lot of planning and coordinating from this office. There are usually maps or drawings spread out over the tables and a few hard hats hanging by the door. It’s not the quietest place because of the traffic outside and the constant phone calls. We spend a lot of time talking to guys out on various sites or dealing with vendors. It’s a lot of logistics. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. If something needs to happen, we just pick up the phone and get it sorted. The staff here has been around for a few years now, so everyone knows their role without being told twice. We eat lunch at our desks more often than not when things get busy. It’s just the nature of this kind of work. Things change fast, and you have to keep up. We don't promise anything impossible. We just look at what needs to be built or fixed and we figure out the best way to get it done with what we have. It’s a straightforward approach. We show up, we do the work, and we prepare for the next day.
