Down in Phase Iii of Ida Cherlapally, you’ll find Sri Sai Shanker Enterprises at Plot No 116. It’s a busy part of the industrial area, and we fit right in with the rest of the units. We deal with various industrial supplies and services that other businesses around here need. It’s the kind of place where the phone is always ringing and someone is usually looking for a specific part or a quick fix. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s more of a practical workspace where we can keep an eye on everything. Some days are slow and we spend time organizing the shelves, and other days it feels like everyone needs something at the exact same moment. We’ve had to learn a lot over the years about what our customers really want. Most of them are regulars who know us by name and don’t mind if the floor is a bit cluttered with boxes. It’s an honest way to make a living, helping other businesses get what they need to keep their own wheels turning. We don’t put on airs or try to act like a massive corporation. We’re just a local enterprise trying to do a solid job. The heat in the summer can be tough in this shed, but we keep the fans going and get through the day. It’s just us doing our thing.
