Sml Polymers

Sml Polymers is based at Plot No 24 in Phase III of Ida Cherlapally. It is a typical spot in this industrial zone, surrounded by other factories and workshops. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a big gate and some grey walls. Inside is where all the actual work happens. We have several machines that run for most of the day, creating a steady hum that we’ve all gotten used to. The air smells a bit like plastic sometimes, which is just part of working with polymers. We have a small group of people who handle the machinery and the shipping. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know how to fix things when they break down. We don't have a big HR department or any of those corporate things. If there's a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. The floor is often covered in small bits of scrap, but we sweep up at the end of every shift. Lunchtime is usually spent sitting on some crates or heading to the local tea shop. It’s a plain, hardworking environment. We focus on our daily production targets and try to keep everything running smoothly without too much fuss. Being in Cherlapally means there's always something going on nearby, which keeps things interesting for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work we know how to do best.
