At D V Plastics, we’ve got our small operation set up at Plot No 131 in Phase I. It’s a basic industrial unit, nothing flashy about it. We spend our days dealing with various plastic molds and parts. The workshop is usually a bit cluttered with scraps and finished pieces waiting to be packed. We try to keep things organized, but when orders pile up, it gets a little chaotic around here. Most of the folks working here have been around for a long time, so we all know the quirks of the old machines. Sometimes a press gets stuck or a cooling line leaks, and we just fix it and carry on. It’s the kind of place where your hands stay dirty and the floor is always covered in plastic shavings. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find us just by walking through Phase I or hearing about us from another shop nearby. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, turn on the power, and get to work making whatever plastic items are on the list for that day. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people. We focus on the work at hand and don't really bother with much else. Some days the coffee is cold, but the machines keep running anyway.
