You can find us over in Yallareddy Guda in Hyderabad. We are located right beside Jaya Prakash Kalany, which is a pretty well-known landmark for everyone around here. Our office is actually inside the premises of K. Srinivas, sharing space with Laxmi Narayana. It’s not a huge commercial building or anything, just a regular spot where we handle Icici Home Loans. When you come by, you’ll notice it’s a quiet residential-style area. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going through loan applications. It’s a lot of data entry and checking signatures. People come in when they are buying a new flat or maybe fixing up an old house. We try to explain the steps without using too many big words. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but inside we just focus on the paperwork. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big reception desk or a bunch of guards. It’s just a place to get your loan questions answered. We have some plastic chairs for visitors and a few computers that have seen better days. It works for what we need. Dealing with home loans can be stressful for people, so we just try to keep the atmosphere calm and get the files moving along. That’s how we spend our days here in Hyderabad.
