You can find Iceberg Cooling & Freezing Systems Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No. 11A in Phase 1 of Ida Acherlapally. It’s a typical industrial area with a lot of noise and dust. Our shed is where all the assembly happens. We work on cooling and freezing units, so there’s always a lot of metal and insulation lying around. It gets really hot in Acherlapally during the summer, which is ironic since we spend our days building things meant to keep stuff cold. We have a small team here. Most of the guys have been with us for a long time. They know how to handle the tools and the heavy panels. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main floor. It’s nothing special, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of technical drawings. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn't make sense for what we do. People come to us when they need a freezing system built, and we just tell them what can be done. There’s a lot of welding and cutting noise throughout the day. We try to keep things organized, but in a busy workshop, there’s always a bit of a mess. It’s a practical environment for practical work. We’re just here to build the units and get them loaded onto the trucks for delivery.
