Icadd Engineering Llc has an interesting setup because even though the name mentions Dubai, we are physically located right here in Hyderabad. Our address is 8-3-228/3/2 in Rahamath Nagar, which is part of the Yousufguda area. It’s a lively part of the city to be in. The pin code is Hyderabad-45 for anyone looking us up. It can get a bit confusing with the U.A.E. mention in the title, but this is where the actual work happens on the ground in Andhra Pradesh. The office isn't very big, but it fits everyone we need. We spend a lot of time on computers doing the engineering side of things. Outside, the streets of Rahamath Nagar are always full of traffic and people heading to the market. We’ve got a small sign out front so people don’t miss the turn. It’s a local business feel through and through. No one wears suits here unless there is a very specific reason. Mostly it's just tea, blueprints, and trying to get the calculations right. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and the neighbors are used to us being the engineering guys. We don't really do the big marketing stuff, we just focus on the projects that come to our desk. It’s a decent place to work, and being in a spot like Yousufguda means there’s always somewhere nearby to grab a quick snack or a tea. It's a busy life but we keep at it.
