Anl Parcel Service

We are over at 3-5-874/5/6 in Hyderguda, right in the heart of Hyderabad. Anl Parcel Service is a place of piles. We have piles of boxes, piles of bags, and piles of paper receipts everywhere. The phones ring quite a bit with people asking where their stuff is or when we can pick something up. The delivery boys are always coming in and out, helmets in hand, looking for their next route. Hyderabad traffic is no joke, so we spend a lot of time looking at maps and trying to figure out the fastest ways through the city. The office is a bit cramped because we use every inch of space for storage. We’ve got rolls of brown tape and markers sitting on the desks. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we have the fans going full blast. We don't really have a lobby for people to sit in; it’s more of a walk-up-and-drop-off kind of situation. Some of the parcels are small envelopes, and others are big heavy crates that take two of us to move. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on the computer when it’s working right. It’s a busy, messy, and loud kind of work, but we’ve been doing it this way for a long time now. We just focus on getting the packages from one side of town to the other without losing anything in the middle.
