You can find us at G-3 in the Saidarshan Apartments in New Bowenpally. This is a quieter part of Secunderabad, but we stay quite busy with the cargo work. We are the local team for Hyderabad Menzies Aircargo Pvt Ltd. We spend most of our time coordinating with the airport to make sure shipments are moving correctly. There is a lot of back and forth with the airlines and the warehouse staff. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are a bit rusty, and a map of the local area on the wall. We don't have any promotional posters or fancy decorations. We just focus on the manifests and the tracking numbers. Sometimes there are issues with the flights, and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to fix things. It’s just the nature of air freight. We drink a lot of coffee to stay alert during the busy shifts. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area well. We don't have any big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just show up, do the paperwork, and make sure the cargo gets where it belongs. It’s a solid way to make a living and we’ve been doing it at this location for quite a while now. We keep the doors open and the phones ready for whenever a shipment arrives. Most days are long but we don't mind the work.
