Our business is based right here in Hyderabad, and we have been operating for quite some time now. We don't have a big fancy storefront in a mall, but we manage everything from our office in the city. Most of what we do involves organizing gifts like cakes, flowers, and sweets for people to send to their families. It is a lot of coordination with local bakers and florists across the different neighborhoods. The office is usually a bit messy with order slips and delivery schedules pinned to the walls. We spend most of the day on our computers or talking to delivery riders. Hyderabad is a big place with lots of traffic, so figuring out the best routes is always a challenge. We started this because we saw how much people wanted to send something special even if they couldn't be there in person. We have a small group of people working here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or double-checking an address. It can get pretty stressful during holidays like Diwali or Eid when everyone wants their delivery at the same time. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. The office gets quite warm in the afternoon sun, but we just open the windows and keep moving. It is a straightforward business, and we just focus on getting the packages where they need to go.
