Marigold Industries

We are over at 3 5 865 in Hyderguda, operating under the name Marigold Industries. It’s a fairly busy spot and our facility takes up a good amount of space. We do various types of manufacturing here. The floor is usually busy with people moving things around and machines humming in the background. It is not the cleanest place in the world, as there is always some scrap or oil around, but we keep it organized enough to get the work done. We have a small crew that has been with us for a long time. We know each other's families and how we like to work. There isn't much hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it is needed. Sometimes we get big orders that keep us here all night, and other times it is a bit slower. We don't use any high-tech management systems. We just use a big whiteboard and some notebooks to track what we are making. Hyderguda is a good location for us, even if the streets get crowded. We don't put out fancy brochures or anything like that. If someone needs something made, they usually come by and talk to us face to face. We prefer it that way. It is just honest work and trying to do a decent job every day. We hope to keep our machines running for many more years in this neighborhood.
