Hussaini & Associates

Our office, Hussaini & Associates, is over in Rahemath Gulshan Colony in Gachibowli. It’s a growing neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a bit now. We don't have a big fancy sign or a reception desk with someone waiting to greet you. It’s just a place where we get the work done. We handle a lot of the planning and paperwork that goes into getting a building started in Hyderabad. Gachibowli is always moving and changing, so there’s always something new happening nearby. We spend a lot of time looking at site maps and trying to figure out the best way to use a piece of ground. It isn't always exciting work, and the paperwork can be a real headache, but it’s necessary for things to get built right. We don't try to impress people with big presentations or fake smiles. We just sit down and show them what’s realistic for their budget and their space. The office can get a bit loud when we’re all debating a design, but that’s just how we work through things. We’ve helped out quite a few people in the colony and the surrounding areas. We like the fact that we’re local. It means we know the ground and the local vibe better than someone from across town. We just keep things practical and straightforward. If there’s a problem with a plan, we find a way to fix it. That’s really all there is to it.
