We are based over at Lig41 in the Kphb Colony area of Hyderabad. It’s a busy spot on Road No 2. Most days it's just us handling a lot of paperwork and talking to people who are looking for work or trying to fill a spot in their office. We started this small place because we knew the area well and saw people needed help with hiring. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home, but we stay focused on the files in front of us. We spend a lot of time looking through resumes and making sure things match up. It’s practical work. People stop by to drop off documents or just to ask about what’s available. We try to keep things moving. There’s always someone coming or going. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we moved in, but we’re still here doing the same thing every day. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to get through the pile of work. If you find yourself near Road No 2, you’ll likely see our sign. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks that come with managing people and jobs.
