Hr Square

You can find us on the first floor of Sahiti Residency in Kalyan Nagar. We're at Plot No. 71. It’s a typical Hyderabad neighborhood, quite busy with people moving around all the time. We handle HR stuff, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes. It’s not a very big office. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of files piled up. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, so we usually have a fan going too. We don’t use a lot of fancy buzzwords here. We just try to help people find jobs and help companies find people. It’s a lot of talking and listening. Sometimes we have people coming in for interviews all day, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the afternoon. We've been in this spot for a while, so we know the local tea stall guy and the people in the other offices. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to get through the pile of work on our desks and help whoever walks through the door. It’s just us doing our job in a busy part of the city. Hr Square is just a small team making things work as best as we can.
