There is always the sound of buses and horns outside our door. We’ve been here for a while, selling mobile phones and fixing small issues for people in the area. Being across from Badshah Hotel means people often stop by after a meal. The shop isn't very big, but we make use of every inch of wall space for cases and wires. We don't have a big staff, usually just a couple of us behind the counter. We see everyone from students to elderly folks who just need help with their settings. Rtc X Roads has a lot of energy, and we try to keep up with it. We aren't trying to be a fancy mall store. We are just a local shop where you can get your phone sorted out. Sometimes it’s chaotic with the traffic and the crowds, but that’s just Musheerabad for you. We keep the glass clean and the phones charged so people can see what they are getting. We don’t use scripts or corporate talk. We just talk to you like a neighbor. If you need a phone and you're near the hotel, we're right there. It’s a loud place but we’ve gotten used to it over the years we have been here.
