You will find us in the Topaz Building right in the middle of Panjagutta. We are situated right next to Lalitha Jewelleries, so the whole area is always very busy with people and cars. Homecheck.in is a fairly small operation. Basically, we go into houses and apartments to find out what might be wrong with them before someone buys them or moves in. We look for things like damp patches on walls, old wiring, or plumbing issues that a regular person might not notice. Our office is where we sit down to write up the reports and talk to the homeowners about what we found. It is a lot of technical work, using things like thermal cameras and moisture meters. We are not trying to sell anyone a house or do the renovations ourselves; we just tell people the truth about the condition of the property. Some days we are crawling into tight spaces or climbing up onto roofs with a ladder. It is dirty work and we often come back to the office covered in dust or grime. Panjagutta is a good central spot for us because we have to travel all over Hyderabad from here. The office is very functional with computers and a lot of equipment lying around. We do not have any fancy decor or big signs. If a pipe is leaking, we just say it is leaking. It is a simple, honest business and we keep it that way.
