Hitech (India) Private Limited is located out at Plot No. 11A/11B in the I.D.A. Cherlapally area, specifically in Phase-V. Being out in an Industrial Development Area means we have a bit more room than some of the shops in the city. We’ve got two plots combined, which gives us the space we need for our equipment and materials. It’s a long trek out here for some, but it’s where the real industrial work happens in this region. The roads in Phase-V can be a bit rough, especially after the rains, but we’re used to it. Our building is a plain, functional structure. We didn’t see the point in spending money on a fancy facade when we needed better machinery inside. Most of our days are spent on the floor, making sure everything is running correctly. It’s not the kind of place where people wear ties. We wear work clothes and we usually have a bit of grease or dust on us by the end of the shift. Cherlapally is a busy hub, and there’s a sense of purpose when you walk around here. We’re just one of the many companies trying to do a good job and stay on schedule. We don’t have a big HR department or a social media manager. We just have a team of people who know how to handle electronics and industrial components. It’s straightforward, it’s honest, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
